Services Overview

Proud Earthlings™ Creative Breathwork allows you to rewrite your personal narrative. Whether through a workshop or one-on-one, you will explore your interior landscape using guided breathing, mindfulness exercises, and no-frills/just chill art journaling. You’ll gain new understanding of the body + mind relationship by connecting to your inner wisdom and find inspiration to integrate what you’ve discovered into your daily life.

One-on-one Wellness Sessions (via Zoom or in person)

Each session begins with a conversation to set your individual goals. Michelle will guide you through a circular breathing pattern and meditation that will stir up your mental and emotional cobwebs and shift your consciousness. Space for journaling will help capture your experience.

A single session can unlock what’s been kicking around your subconscious and allow for profound healing and inspiration. 3-4 sessions is encouraged for deeper work and best results. To book email me directly and I will send you an intake form.

Autumn Breathe Single Session - $135 (90 minutes)

Autumn Breathe Wellness Package - $324 (3 90 minute sessions | 20% savings)

Small Group Sessions are available virtually or in-person. Corporate team building, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, troop meetings, email what you have in mind. We’ll design a custom workshop perfect for your special occasion. Costs vary depending on travel and event details.

  • If you’re working on a creative project—or would like to be—Michelle has decades of experience as an editor and writing teacher. Her passion is to help others share their stories. Guided breathwork and medition will help you sift through the noise and discover what you soul is aching to express.
